The Italian Ministry of Health recognizes the therapeutic role of spa treatments in the treatment and rehabilitation of numerous diseases, so the guest can access the spa treatment in the hotel with the prescription of his Doctor. Each caregiver can take advantage of a whole cycle of spa care in the year, to be carried out in a single period.
COURSE OF CARE
The recommended course of care, as well as the maximum that can be prescribed with the National Health System, is 12 sludge – Therapeutic baths or 12 therapeutic baths for the mudtherapy treatment for osteoarthritis pathologies and other degenerative forms (widespread or localised osteoarthritis
cervical, lumbar, hands/feet, limbs, results from operations for discale hernia, periarthritis, spondiloarthritis, non-acute rheumatoid arthritis), osteoporosis, extra-articular rheumatism (non-acute, rheumatic tendinitis and lower back pain).
ACCESS TO CARE
Medical visit of access to care:
Even if you have already visited a specialist or A GP who has prescribed spa treatment, a meeting with the visiting health director/doctor of the spa department is a must before starting treatment at the hotel.
Your doctor, if you have determined your health status, completes the treatment plan for therapists providing precise indications on the number of treatments, temperature and time of laying of both thermal mud and water in the spa bath and possibly other important notes.
TICKET COSTS
Non-exempt patients: They pay the fixed fee of 65.00 euros for the entire treatment cycle.
Partially Exempt Patients: They pay the fixed fee of € 8.10
Exempt patients: They don’t pay the fixed fee of € 8.10
